We are pleased to be today launching the Accenture–UTC Pilot Programme at Aylesbury UTC, bringing together employer expertise, GenAI and real-world digital health challenges.

Delivered by Accenture in partnership with Baker Dearing, the pilot gives students aged 16–18 the opportunity to work on a live data-health challenge focused on improving NHS efficiency. Over four months, students will take part in employer-led workshops, develop data-driven solutions and pitch their ideas to industry leaders.

This pilot is a strong example of employer-led education in action, aligning industry insight with the UTC curriculum to build future-ready digital and health-sector skills. Subject to impact, we hope to scale this model across the UTC network as part of a national digital skills programme.
