We were pleased to welcome a delegation from Lloyds Banking Group to Aston University Engineering Academy on Tuesday 20 January.
The group had the opportunity to visit the UTC’s top-of-the-range facilities and meet students who are preparing for high-skilled technical careers in a range of sectors.
The visit took in the UTC’s health suite, which closely simulates a modern hospital ward and features lifelike mannequins.
Our thanks to AUEA and Executive Principal Daniel Locke-Wheaton for welcoming the visitors and showing them around this excellent school. Thanks to David Atkinson, John Banks, Geraldine Boylan, Eleanor Moorhouse, and Rachel Hancock, all from Lloyds, for visiting.
Baker Dearing was represented by our Chair Stephen Phipson CBE, CEO Kate Ambrosi, and Chief Adviser Simon Connell.
