Today, students from Aston University Engineering Academy and WMG Academy Trust have explored pathways into an exciting and growing sector at The Lighting Live annual conference, organised by the Institution of Lighting Professionals.

UTC Project Manager Ayeesha Bhamji also attended to help strengthen our partnership with the ILP.

During the day, students were introduced to the lighting sector through keynote speeches, employer engagement, and by witnessing cutting-edge technology, including a lifelike, interactive, robot.
