
Lucie Gresham-Hill (Chair)
Lucie Gresham-Hill is an Assistant Build Manager at Willmott Dixon and alumna of UTC Norfolk. Lucie decided to join after the UTC supported her through her formative years and changed her life’s trajectory. She wants to make sure current students receive the best quality of education possible.

Oliver Walkington (Vice Chair)
Oliver Walkington is a Ron Dearing UTC alumnus who now works as a Quantity Surveyor at Spencer Bridge Engineering. Oliver joined the board to pass on his knowledge and experiences of how employer-led education is the best step into industry.

Urban Judge, FRSA
Urban is CEO of YouthTV, having progressed from Global Academy’s journalism pathway. A fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, he has joined the board to inspire other UTC students across the UK, improve the UTC movement, and bring new ideas to the fold.

Rose Moody
Rose Moody is currently completing a degree apprenticeship in manufacturing engineering with AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment). She progressed from Leigh UTC with an engineering T Level, International Baccalaureate in maths and an EPQ. She is passionate about UTCs and wants to give back.

Bilal Arshad
Bilal Arshad is completing an apprenticeship in building services design engineering with Cundall. After progressing from Aston University Engineering Academy, he would like to make a positive influence on people from a similar background to his, lead by example, and inspire students.

Alisha-Page Leather
Alisha-Page Leather is completing a technical degree apprenticeship at Sellafield. She is interested in showing the positive side of UTCs, having spent 17 days in Zimbabwe with staff while at UTC South Durham. She wants current students to develop personally and academically as she did.

Lyla Chandler
Lyla Chandler is completing a project management degree apprenticeship with Morgan Sindall after progressing from Cumbria’s Energy Coast UTC. Lyla was invited to interview after taking part in an employer project through the UTC. She wants current students to receive similar opportunities and support.

Jess Rawlinson

Daniel Neve
Daniel Neve works as a Cyber Security Analyst for Crowdstrike, having studied at UTC Warrington. During his time at the UTC, he took part in work experience with Sellafield and Network Rail, which presented opportunities to meet employers. Daniel sees the board as an opportunity to stay involved with the UTC programme and build on his personal experiences.
